Federal Construction recommends that you hire the Construction Manager at the same time the architect is hired. Along with you we will be involved in the planning and design phases. This way we can properly control your project requirements. Construction Management is a professional service, very much like architecture, legal, or accounting services. You should select your Construction Manager based on their qualifications, including personnel, experience, and past performance on similar projects.
